Physiotherapy is the most interesting adventure of my life. I have always known that I want to be a part of active lifestyle, sport, movement and peoples well being. Physiotherapy perfectly meets these conditions, and also allows for continuous development.
During my work with the patient, I focus on improving his nervous system, which is the head of all processes, i.e. muscle tension, joint movement, hormone secretion, digestion, emotions. I use methods that allow me to diagnose painlessly and properly stimulate the nervous system. In addition, during therapy, I use natural movement and exercises of functional neurology, which additionally mobilize the nervous system to work more effectively. Thanks to that changes in the body are more noticeable and permanent.
Each patient is different, each story is different and each of them should be approached individually. During working with a patient, schemas do not exist, and if they start to creep in, it is a sign that you need to go to a new training and refresh your look at our complex body.
Personally, I am a very active person and I encourage people to be active as well. I love mountains, rock climbing, trekking, cycling and yoga.
